Zoran Borisavljevic, a Serbian born American-Canadian film and television composer, is a traditionally trained musician who resides in Los Angeles, California and has been working in the film and television industry for 15 years. His breadth and depth of music knowledge and training has allowed him to compose a variety of music for film and tv that spans everything from country to latin to hip-hop to hard rock.
Most recently, he has been co-writing with composer and colleague Robert Kral on the Warner Brothers produced Scooby Doo Television Series and Scooby Doo Films. Over the years he also has co-writen on such television one-hour dramatic series as Angel and Miracles, the animated series Duck Dodgers and the Sci-Fi Channel hour long series, The Dresden Files.
He began his career working on such television shows as Married with Children, Caroline in the City, Simpsons and the film Escape From LA. In 1997, he scored the Paramount situation comedy George and Leo.
Zoran also has experience working on Canadaian productions. During his work on the Showtime Series series, Total Recall 2070, Zoran received a nomination for a Gemini Award from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, in the category of "Best Original Score for a Dramatic Series".
Besides television, Zoran has many credits as well for independent films on titles such as, The Learning Curve and The Alarmist.
Zoran is fluent in 4 languages, English, Spanish, French and Serbian and would be a perfect fit for an internationally co-produced film.
